RICH HOGEBOOM, Ph.D. / MBA
FOUNDER & CEO, BOOM COACHING
Rich has thirty years of executive leadership experience as consulting director, principal, professor, entrepreneur, included fifteen years internationally in South America, Asia and Europe. His Stanford University PhD focuses on organizational behavior in education, MBA is from UCLA Anderson School of Business. He has worked internationally with tech companies, as well as in education, consulting services, strategic planning, startup enterprises, charter school/ commission leadership, and more.
MARC LEVINE
FOUNDER, IMPROVMYSALES.COM
Marc has twenty years of top level leadership coaching and training experience with businesses in technology, banking, health and wellness services. His BA is in Psychology and some of his most popular seminars address the power of emotional intelligence in connections that generate results through “meaningful conversations”.
KAREN MCGINNIS
CREATIVE DIRECTOR, BOOM COACHING
Karen has over three decades of experience in education, curriculum development, writing, business and real estate development. She is one of a small number of educators with lifetime teaching credentials from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, and an adult education credential, with marketing studies from University of Southern California. Her roles in BoomCoaching include project administration, finances, learning game products, government contracts, and community relationships. She is also a blogger, author of a one year travel adventure though Central and South America, called Two if by Van (available from Amazon) and numerous newspaper articles.
