Examples of Our Approach

FOR BUSINESSES

Cultivating Success

Leverage your team’s greatest strengths to deliver results, drive success, and fulfill your mission.

Here are a few examples of the solution focused training and coaching programs our team members have delivered:

Excellence: A Hawaii company was focused on how to sustain excellence in delivering products and services.  Our workshop focused on the question, how can keep delighting your customers in their user experience of your products and services?  How can employees engagement be increased to improve the customer experience?

Leadership Standards: A multi-location company wanted to establish a common set of agreed upon leadership standards that managers felt prepared and energized to strive to meet.

Reorganizing: An international company needed to reorganize after bad financial results.  How could leaders decide where to make personnel cutbacks, without destroying critical capacities needed for success?  We facilitated an executive group assessment of how work teams were operating to support staff and financial decision-making.

Decision-Making Inbox:  A specialized executive training program was needed for new charter school principals:  How can charter school principals successfully prioritize and manage decision-making with an overloaded inbox?  How can they prioritize and engage staff in problem solving?
